Free guided practice

Practice the conversation before it matters.

Choose a sector and seniority, work through one relevant question, then use a structured self-review. This is practice, not an employability score.

Five-minute practice

Build one answer from real evidence.

Full Interview Studio feedback, role research and preparation plans are part of the programme. This free practice gives you a useful way to begin.

Use the STAR scaffold
  • Situation: What was happening? Give only the context the listener needs.
  • Task: What were you responsible for, or what needed to change?
  • Action: What did you personally do? Be specific about your judgement and contribution.
  • Result: What happened, what did you learn, and how does it relate to this role?

This stays in this browser session. Do not include confidential employer information or personal details you would not want to share.

Write a short answer before reviewing it.

Your self-review checklist

This is not an AI score. Read your answer once more and check the following before you practise aloud.

Next useful step: say the answer out loud, trim any background that does not help the listener, and prepare one follow-up example.

    When the interview is real

Prepare for the role, the organisation and the stage.

Programme candidates can work through role-specific questions, STAR examples from their Evidence Bank, research prompts and practical feedback. We do not predict whether you will be hired or promise an outcome.
